That’s why we developed GATEWAY 2 SOCIAL, a customized survey and analysis of your customer base that will allow us to show you exactly why you do (or do not) need to integrate social media into your business.

How it works is simple – we create a customized survey that will poll your customers on which of the various social networking services they use, as well as the ways in which they use them.

We then take the results and compile them into a report showing you what we’ve learned, along with a detailed analysis on why (or why not) it might benefit your business to be connecting with people and marketing via social media.

You may find out that only 10% of your customers use social networking at all, and they may not even use it in a fashion or frequency that would apply to your business. (You’ll finally be able to stop wondering whether you need social networking or not…!)

In addition, as part of our survey process, we claim your Google Place Page, optimize it, and spur your customers to leave you reviews that both power your SEO and your reputation.
